Through this unique and empowering men’s workshop, Owen will educate about the differences between toxic and healthy ways that men grieve. He will also shine light on tools that men can use for their healing.

Owen began story telling in 2016 and he soon discovered that he had a passion for this type of learning and educating. Owen’s storytelling style is dynamic with vivid descriptions of ideas, beliefs, personal experiences, and life-lessons. Owen’s stories evoke powerful emotions and insights.

Whether it is in the workplace, at school, with our families, or in our personal lives; we have all experienced lateral violence. This workshop was designed to educate about lateral violence and how we can prevent it.
